We’re delighted to announce the launch of a Brand-New programme, ElevEight.

The programme has been designed to increase young people’s individual skills such as confidence, communication, decision making and teamworking.

Alongside this, the programme will develop skills to prepare young people for employment. This will include CV preparation, interview skills, interview practice and appropriate behaviour within the workplace.

The approach from Foundation 92 is to provide a holistic and bespoke programme to ElevEight young people as individuals and within the employment market.

The ElevEight programme is being launched in partnership with Adult Learning Within Reach, and will run over an eight-week period at Albert Park, Salford.

Individuals that attend the programme may have the opportunity to meet the Class of 92, win Salford City FC match tickets and official club merchandise.

ElevEight is being launched in partnership with Adult Learning Within Reach and The European Social Fund.

Head of Employability and Education, at Foundation 92, Donna Hennessy, said “This programme will allow young people who are struggling for a variety of reasons to gain employment.

“We are aiming to help these young people throughout Greater Manchester to develop as individuals whilst giving them the best skillsets to begin their journey into the career of their choice, whatever that career may be, we will help them to begin that journey”.
