Foundation 92 is delighted to announce that The Energise Centre have been selected as our Charity of the Month for May 2026!
The Energise Centre is a community centre in the heart of Salford, from which statutory, community and voluntary organisations deliver health and wellbeing services, including a GP surgery.
All the groups, courses and services that take place at the centre aim to improve and maintain your health and happiness. We also have a wide variety of volunteering opportunities at the centre, from leading groups to helping out around the building!
Foundation 92 is proud to support their vital work. As Charity of the Month, The Energise Centre will receive a Foundation 92 merchandise pack, 20 tickets to a Salford City FC game, a donation of Kellogg’s cereal to support their beneficiaries, and recognition on our social media channels, including dedicated announcement and feature posts.
Last week we hosted a special presentation and photo opportunity at the Peninsula Stadium to celebrate The Energise Centre and publicly acknowledge the incredible contribution they make to wellbeing in our region.

Being Foundation 92’s Charity of the Month will significantly benefit the Energise Centre by increasing its visibility, strengthening community engagement, and providing practical resources to support its health and wellbeing services. It will also enhance the centre’s reputation, create opportunities for future partnerships, and boost morale among staff, volunteers and service users, helping the centre expand its reach and deepen its impact across the local community. It also highlights the importance of community wellbeing work locally.
