Yesterday, Foundation 92’s Health & Wellbeing team delivered an engaging Environmental Health Workshop to pupils at Christ Church CE Primary School in Eccles, furthering the charity’s mission to support education, wellbeing and healthy living across local communities.
Produced in partnership with Kuits Solicitors & the Premier League Foundation the session introduced young learners to key ideas about environmental health, including how everyday choices, from clean air and water to safe food and waste habits, can influence personal wellbeing and community health. The team used fun, interactive activities to make complex topics accessible and relevant for primary school children, helping them build awareness of healthy environments and lifestyles.
This workshop is part of Foundation 92’s broader health and wellbeing programme, which uses targeted education alongside sport and physical activity to support young people’s development and resilience. The charity’s work in schools and community settings aims to empower children and families with knowledge and confidence to make positive choices, both on and off the field.
Foundation 92 encourages schools, families, and supporters to keep engaging with their workshops, events and activities throughout the year. By building health knowledge at a young age, they are helping shape healthier, more confident and more informed future generations.
