Foundation 92 Senior Community Engagement Manager- Full Time
Salary- £32,000 – £38,000 per year
Foundation 92 is the official Charity of Salford City Football Club. Formed in November 2018 by the Class of 92, the Charity supports individuals as young as two years old, up to service users in the later stages of their lives. Foundation 92 prides itself of on providing a truly person-centred intervention offer, which is developed in line with each service usersneeds and desires, delivered under the following thematic delivery themes.

Foundation 92 are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional individual to the exciting role of Senior Community Engagement Manager. The Senior Community Engagement Manager will lead the strategic development, coordination and delivery of Foundation 92s Community Engagement strand.
They will oversee the programme design, delivery and impact across multiple sites, ensuring all work aligns with Foundation 92’s mission and values. The post holder will manage and support a diverse team of outreach, youth and community staff, build strong stakeholder partnerships and ensure effective monitoring and reporting against KPIs, contracts and funding outcomes.
All post holders will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
