Do you need some support and help in getting fitter and healthier? Our community targeted Fit 92 programme is a 12 week health and wellbeing programme where professional coaches at personal trainers cater to all ages and abilities within the programme. 

Our programmes are built around each participant so they can work as a group whilst focusing on their own sustainable life style health improvement goals.
