In partnership with British Triathlon, Foundation 92 delivers monthly sessions for individuals that want to explore all aspects of a Triathlon in a fun environment.

Swim Bike Run

Overview

Age: 18+

Duration: Once a month

Come and do as much or as little as you are able to in a fun environment. Swim Bike Run sessions run monthly to help you create fitness habits for a lifetime.

Our programme is an introduction to Triathlons which work with individuals and groups to enter the sport at the right pace for yourself with likeminded people to build your confidence in these fun and welcoming spaces.

Please be aware that the maximum distances on the day may have a 10% variance either way to those advertised, due to the nature of the course and facility.
