On Monday evening, the winners of the Armstrong Projects Northwest Football Awards (NWFA) 2024 have been revealed. 500 esteemed guests from across the footballing world attended the star-studded event, hosted by broadcasters Eilidh Barbour and Dion Dublin, at The Point at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester. Winners were crowned in a range of player categories, alongside accolades for clubs, communities, and unsung heroes.
Foundation 92’s work across the community was celebrated at the Northwest Football Awards with the charity winning the coveted Community Club of the Year Award (all other leagues).
The Foundation recently announced that across 2024, it has supported over 17,500 individuals, providing over 26,000 hours of delivery.
Head of Foundation 92, Tom Hutton, said: “We’re very proud to receive this award. It is a testament to the work the team do across communities supporting the region’s most vulnerable young people and adults across a variety of programmes.
