The SEND programme is a free and inclusive programme that is delivered and targeted towards children or young people aged 16-24 with special education needs, disabilities, learning difficulties or special health support.

The programme is 8 weeks long and helps children and young people of this category develop interpersonal skills and employability skills, through workshops as well as work experience.

Scoring for Jobs

Scoring for Jobs is an innovative, targeted and transitional programme that supports young people aged 16-24.

The programme helps youngsters based in Salford to develop the life skills, confidence, knowledge and ability to take sustained steps into employment.

Funded by the European Union Erasmus Plus and UEFA Foundation, the programme is delivered across Europe with Foundation 92 the sole delivery partner in the programme for the United Kingdom.

The programme runs for a period of three years, commencing July 2021 and will support a total of 40 young people each year to sustainably transition through a twelve-week mentoring programme, that links young people with employers in a cohesive manor.

Using the power of football, young people will develop a range of life skills which will set them up for future opportunities they may face.
