The innovative programme is designed to support young people to both REALISE and ACHIEVE their potential.
This programme will focus on supporting young people with:
- Mentoring
- Advice
- Guidance
Transition Support
Breakdown
The JD Achieve programme will focus on working with some of Bury’s most marginalised young people who are most at risk on not achieving their potential. Foundation 92 will support young people to:
- Build confidence.
- Develop a sense of belonging.
- Develop self-worth.
- Gain aspiration.
- Understand their health and wellbeing.
- Develop decision making skills.
Further enhance communication skills.
